Job Responsibilities
1. Handle walk-in customers and address their basic technical queries.
2. Perform data registration in CRM and manage daily reports and training activities.
3. Monitor, enforce, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
4. Coordinate with internal teams for end-to-end issue resolution via CRM/HPSM.
5. Spares monitoring and fulfillment.
Education Requirement
- ITI/ Diploma/ Graduate (Preferably in ECE/ Telecommunication/ IT/ CS)
