Key Responsibilities

- Create cutting-edge and commercially viable jewellery designs based on market trends and customer requirements.

- Develop sketches, concepts, and detailed jewellery designs.

- Prepare designs for gold, diamond, precious and semi-precious jewellery.

- Modify and improve existing designs based on feedback from clients and the internal team.

- Coordinate with the production/manufacturing team to ensure accurate execution of designs.

- Understand jewellery manufacturing techniques, proportions, stone settings, and finishing requirements.

- Research current jewellery trends, styles, materials, and competitor designs.

- Prepare design presentations and product concepts for new collections.

- Ensure accuracy in measurements, dimensions, stone placement, and overall design detailing.

- Work closely with the merchandising and sales teams to develop designs according to market demand.

- Maintain and organize jewellery design files, drawings, and product specifications.

- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and suitable for production.

- Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in jewellery designing.

- Good knowledge of jewellery design concepts and manufacturing processes.

- Strong understanding of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery components.

- Proficiency in jewellery design software such as Rhino, Matrix, AutoCAD, JewelCAD, or similar software.





- Good sketching and visualization skills.

- Strong sense of aesthetics, proportions, colours, and design details.

- Knowledge of current jewellery trends and market preferences.

- Ability to understand technical drawings and convert concepts into production-ready designs.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple design projects.

- Qualification

- Diploma/Degree/Certification in Jewellery Designing, Fashion Designing, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- Candidates with relevant practical jewellery designing experience will also be considered.
