We are looking for a Staff Nurse with 1–2 years of experience, preferably in an IVF/Fertility Centre, to provide quality nursing care and assist the clinical team in IVF procedures and patient management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist doctors during OPU (Oocyte Pick-Up), Embryo Transfer and IUI procedures.
- Prepare patients for IVF-related procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure care.
- Administer prescribed IVF medications and injections and maintain medication records.
- Monitor patient vitals and overall condition during treatment.
- Assist with IVF OT/procedure room preparation and maintain aseptic techniques.
- Handle and label blood samples and coordinate timely transfer to the laboratory.
- Explain medication schedules, injections, investigations and follow-up instructions to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, anaesthesia and other clinical staff.




- Maintain adequate stock of medicines, consumables and emergency supplies.
- Follow infection-control, biomedical waste and patient-safety protocols.
- Provide compassionate support and maintain patient confidentiality.

Eligibility

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Valid nursing registration.
- 1–2 years of nursing experience.
- Candidates with experience in IVF/Fertility/Infertility Centres will be preferred.
- Experience with OPU, Embryo Transfer, IUI and IVF medications will be an advantage. Valuable communication and patient-handling skills.
