Position: JAMF Administrator

Experience: 6-10 Years

Location: Chennai / Noida / Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, configure, and support JAMF Pro environments for macOS device management.
- Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and software deployment.
- Integrate and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint and mobile device management.
- Provide support for End User Computing (EUC) services across enterprise environments.
- Perform application packaging, patch management, and OS upgrades for macOS devices.
- Troubleshoot endpoint issues and ensure device security and compliance.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams for endpoint management initiatives.
- Create and maintain operational documentation and monitoring reports.

Required Skills:





- 6-10 years of experience in JAMF Administration and endpoint management.
- Robust hands-on experience with JAMF Pro, macOS administration, and device lifecycle management.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, MDM, and endpoint security solutions.
- Good understanding of EUC technologies, desktop management, and mobility solutions.
- Knowledge of application deployment, software packaging, patching, and compliance management.
- Experience troubleshooting macOS and enterprise endpoint issues.
- Familiarity with Azure AD/Entra ID, Office 365, and endpoint security concepts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
