About the Role

We are looking for a Technical / Electrical ITI candidate to join our machine assembly and quality team. The candidate will be responsible for learning and performing machine assembly, mechanical component inspection, technical checking and quality inspection of sewing machines and related products.

Freshers with a strong interest in technical work are welcome to apply. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and perform sewing machine assembly operations as per defined process.
- Understand basic mechanical and electrical components used in machines.
- Check mechanical parts for proper fitment, alignment and condition.
- Perform in-process quality checks during machine assembly.
- Check machine functionality and identify assembly-related issues.
- Perform basic electrical checking of wiring, motor, adapter and other components.
- Understand machine mechanisms such as hook mechanism, feed dog, needle bar, presser foot and tension mechanism.
- Check and adjust components as per required specifications.
- Identify defects, abnormal noise, improper movement, loose parts and other technical issues.
- Follow SOPs, Work Instructions and Quality Check Sheets.




- Maintain proper quality and production records.
- Coordinate with Production and QC/QA team to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Ensure machines are assembled and checked according to company quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement in assembly and quality processes.

Candidate Requirements
- ITI qualification in Electrical / Mechanical / Technical trade.
- Fresher candidates are welcome.
- 0–2 years of experience in machine assembly, electrical, mechanical, production or quality will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical components.
- Valuable learning ability and willingness to work on the production floor.
- Ability to understand instructions or SOPs is an advantage.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Should be comfortable working in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
- Responsible, disciplined and quality-conscious.

Salary ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Salary will be based on candidate's technical knowledge, experience and interview performance.
