Job Summary

Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced ITI Fitter / Welder to join our maintenance team at our Mandideep plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial fitting, welding, fabrication, and machinery maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Perform fitting, welding, fabrication, cutting, grinding, and installation work.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment-related issues.
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of machines and mechanical systems.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained in safe and working condition.




- Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the work area.

Requirements

- Qualification: ITI in Fitter or Welder trade.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant industrial/plant experience.
- Valuable practical knowledge of fitting, welding, fabrication, and mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Salary Salary will be based on the candidate's skills, experience, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
