- Execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for India team members, including identity creation Google Workspace, access provisioning Keeper, Slack, Lattice, and device setup in accordance with our documented standards.

- Manage the procurement, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations like Lenovo Windows 11 and Apple MacBook Pro. Maintain the integrity of our hardware lifecycle tracking.

- Maintain a hypervigilant security posture by strictly adhering to our security controls, including MFA enforcement, patch management via Kaseya, and proactive endpoint monitoring.

- Administer our core SaaS stack Google Workspace, Teamwork Projects, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, etc. Manage software licensing and ensure compliance with usage policies.

- You will not just follow procedures you will own them. You will be responsible for identifying gaps in our current IT operations, drafting new SOPs, and keeping our internal IT Wiki updated to ensure seamless operations as we scale.

- Act as a collaborative partner to our end users.



Work closely with the global tech team to ensure hardware and software needs are met efficiently.

- Proven experience in IT support, specifically in a remote-first or hybrid agency workplace

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
