- Hardware Troubleshooting Networking / Wi-Fi / LAN CRM Administration Website / WordPress basics Domain, Hosting &
- DNS basics AI Tools – ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot etc. Prompt Engineering &
- AI Automation Basic API, Webhook &
- Integration knowledge Zapier / Make / n8n knowledge preferred Basic HTML/CSS, SQL, Python or JavaScript will be an advantage Data Backup &
- Basic Cybersecurity Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills ### Qualification BCA / B.Sc IT / B.Tech CSE/IT / MCA / Diploma in IT or equivalent practical experience Preferred Candidate: Someone with practical knowledge of IT CRM Website/App AI Automation, who can independently manage day-to-day technical requirements and coordinate with developers/vendors.
