Key Responsibilities:

- IT Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the companys business goals, with a focus on retail and factory operations.
- Lead a team of IT professionals and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
- Provide leadership in IT planning, including infrastructure, software, and POS system improvements, ensuring the organization remains competitive in the market.
- Retail Operations & POS Systems
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Point of Sale (POS) systems across multiple retail outlets.
- Ensure that POS systems are integrated with inventory, sales, and accounting systems, enabling real-time updates and reports.
- Resolve any POS-related issues to minimize downtime and disruption in operations.
- Factory & Centralized Kitchen IT Operations
- Manage IT systems that support factory operations, including production tracking, inventory management, and order processing.
- Ensure smooth integration between central kitchen operations and retail outlets, including logistics, supply chain management, and data reporting.
- Custom ERP Deployment & Integration
- Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of a custom ERP system across the organization.
- Work closely with key stakeholders (finance, operations, sales, HR) to gather requirements, define processes, and customize the ERP solution to meet the company’s needs.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and real-time access to information through seamless integration across all departments and locations.




- System Monitoring & Security
- Monitor system performance, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to avoid downtime.
- Ensure IT systems comply with industry standards and security regulations to protect sensitive company data.
- Perform regular audits of IT systems, networks, and software to ensure optimal functioning and security.
- Cybersecurity & Data Protection: Ensure the security of all IT systems, including data protection, network security, and backup solutions. Implement necessary protocols and safeguards to protect customer data, employee records, and business data from potential cyber threats.

- Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors, ensuring timely delivery of products, services, and support.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and oversee IT contracts, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration & Training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their IT requirements and ensure that technology is supporting their operational needs.
- Train employees on the use of IT systems, applications, and tools, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles efficiently.

Requirements:

- Education:




- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications in IT management is a plus.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in managing retail and/or manufacturing operations, with hands-on experience in POS systems and factory IT systems.
- Proven experience in ERP system deployment, management, and integration (experience with food industry-specific ERPs is a plus).

- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, POS systems, ERP software, and cloud technologies.
- Expertise in network security, data backup, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with Restaurant Management Platform-POS and Sweets & Savouries business POS,(Zoho Creator, Pet Pooja POS) is an advantage.
