- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Microsoft Defender.

- Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions.

- Implement and maintain MFA, Conditional Access, and security policies.

- Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow rules, and email security.

- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues and coordinate with Microsoft Support when required.

- Administer Windows Server workplace, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.

- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.

- Monitor server performance, storage, system health, and backups.

- Perform server patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and internet connectivity.

- Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues.





- Implement network security and access controls.

- Manage laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.

- Deploy and manage devices through Microsoft Intune.

- Monitor endpoint security, antivirus solutions, and security incidents.

- Support IT security compliance and vulnerability remediation activities.

- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support to users.

- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.

- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset inventory.

- Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
