Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, network, server, system, LAN, and WAN issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in IT operations or related field (freshers can apply).
- B.C.A. degree from a recognized university in any specialization.
- Robust understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP protocols.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems administration.
