Job Title: IT Infrastructure – Officer / Sr. Officer

Job Purpose:

To manage and support IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth network, server, and system operations across plant and office locations in compliance with data integrity and GxP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage servers, network, storage, and backup systems
- Provide desktop, LAN/WAN, and hardware/software troubleshooting support
- Administer Active Directory, email systems, and user access management
- Ensure IT security, antivirus, firewall, and data backup compliance
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, procurement, and IT asset management
- Support CSV/IT-related documentation for audits (as applicable)




- Ensure uptime of critical systems (ERP, LIMS, SAP, etc.)
- Maintain IT infrastructure as per company IT policy and cGMP guidelines

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent in IT/Computer Science
- 1–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, preferably in pharma/manufacturing
- Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), Windows/Linux servers, and AD administration
- Basic understanding of GxP/data integrity is a plus
- Valuable troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
