- Coordinate and implement all activities under IQAC as per NAAC guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to institutional quality assurance.
- Facilitate the development of quality benchmarks and best practices.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and orientation programs related to quality assurance.
- Lead the preparation and timely submission of AQAR (Annual Quality Assurance Report).
- Assist in institutional accreditation/re-accreditation processes.
- Promote the adoption of outcome-based education (OBE) and other quality initiatives.
- Monitor internal academic audits and feedback collection systems.
- Liaise with departments to ensure quality compliance and performance improvement.
- Maintain minutes of meetings and follow up on IQAC resolutions.
