SPE (Senior Process Executive)

Experience: 1 4 Years

Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA

SME (Subject Metter Expert)

Experience: 5 9 Years

Salary: Up to 7.3 LPA

Requirements:

- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, primarily from the US.
- Provide professional customer support and resolve customer queries within defined SLAs.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Maintain high-quality communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow process guidelines, SOPs, compliance requirements, and quality standards.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- For SME roles: Handle escalations, support team members, monitor performance, conduct process briefings, and assist with people management.
- Work effectively in a target-driven and international voice BPO workplace.
- Candidates with experience in US Insurance, Finance, Healthcare, or other international voice processes are preferred.
