Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and provide effective resolutions.
- Understand customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, processes, and policies.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when required.
- Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused approach.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduates only.




- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good listening, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift workplace.

Shift & Working Details

- Work Schedule: 5 working days
- Week-offs: 2 rotational week-offs
- Shift: US Night Shift
- Work Mode: Work from Office
