You'll work directly with the IIT Delhi founder team across D2C brands, startups and international businesses- helping them acquire customers, improve conversion, grow revenue and build repeatable marketing systems.

This isn't a role where you'll spend six months making Canva posts.

You'll be expected to think, experiment, sell, execute and own outcomes.

THIS IS A PROFIT-SHARING ROLE

We believe people who create business value should have the prospect to participate in it.

Our clients work with us on monthly retainers ranging from:

$700–$5,000 (₹60K–₹4.2L approx.)

As you develop the ability to acquire, retain and grow clients , you can participate in the economics of the business through a performance/profit-sharing structure .

That means your upside isn't limited to a conventional internship stipend.

The better you become at creating and growing business, the more you can potentially earn.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY LEARN

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Acquisition

- Research and identify high-potential international prospects
- Build and manage targeted prospect databases
- Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop and test different messaging angles
- Research prospects before outreach
- Participate in discovery and sales calls
- Follow up and manage opportunities through the pipeline

Growth & Marketing Depending on your skill level, you'll work across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Customer acquisition
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Landing pages
- Content and creative strategy
- Performance marketing
- Lead generation
- Retention and account growth
- Marketing analytics

Strategy You'll learn to answer questions like:

Why isn't this business growing?

Where are customers dropping off?

What is preventing them from buying?

How can we acquire customers profitably?

Where can we find another ₹10L/$12K of revenue?

The goal isn't to become someone who blindly executes tasks.

The goal is to become someone who can identify the problem and figure out what to do next.

WHO WE'RE ACTUALLY HIRING

We're not looking for someone who simply knows Canva, scheduling tools or basic social media marketing.

We're looking for a Growth Operator .

Someone who eventually becomes capable of hearing:

"Here's the business. Here's the problem. Figure it out."

Degree ≠ Requirement Freshers are welcome.
