Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve concerns.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Follow process and quality standards.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and productivity targets.

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
