Process: International Non-Voice Chat & Email Support

Shift: US Night Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Chat and Email.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain qualified written communication with international customers.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and turnaround times.
- Ensure accurate documentation and updating of customer information.
- Meet defined productivity and quality targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Graduation is not mandatory.
- Good English communication and written communication skills.
- Good typing skills are required.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work with rotational week offs.
