Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced International Marketing professional to develop international patient business and strengthen the hospital's overseas healthcare marketing network.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies for international patient acquisition.
- Build relationships with international healthcare facilitators, agents and referral partners.
- Manage enquiries from international / overseas patients.
- Coordinate with patients and their attendants regarding hospital services and treatment requirements.
- Work closely with doctors and internal hospital teams for international patient coordination.
- Develop and maintain international referral networks.
- Identify new international markets and business opportunities.
- Coordinate patient visits, treatment requirements and follow-ups.
- Support international healthcare marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain records of international leads, conversions and business performance.




- Prepare regular reports related to international marketing activities.

Mandatory / Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in International Marketing / International Patient Relations / Overseas Patient Handling.
- Experience in the Healthcare / Hospital industry will be strongly preferred.
- Experience dealing with international patients, healthcare facilitators or overseas referral agencies will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
