Job Overview We are hiring experienced professionals for a US Mortgage Voice Process in Noida.

Candidates must have hands-on international voice/customer interaction experience. We are specifically looking for candidates from either:

- International Banking Voice Process, OR
- US Mortgage Voice Process

This is a voice-based customer interaction role requiring strong spoken English, customer-handling skills, and familiarity with international customers/processes.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound calls with US customers/clients regarding mortgage-related queries and services.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with customers over the phone.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information as per process guidelines.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate assistance within defined timelines.
- Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow established process guidelines, quality standards, compliance requirements, and call-handling procedures.




- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, AHT, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.
- Handle customer objections, follow-ups, and escalations professionally.

Key Skills Required

- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Robust customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling US/international customers over voice calls.
- Good listening, probing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain process-related information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process guidelines.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts as applicable.
- Prior experience in an international voice process is mandatory.

Mandatory Experience Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following:

1. International Banking – Voice Process

- Customer service/phone banking
- International banking voice support
- Banking-related customer interaction over calls

OR

1. US Mortgage – Voice Process

- US mortgage customer service
- Mortgage servicing voice process
- Mortgage customer support over calls
- US mortgage voice operations
