Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the design, development, and implementation of interior trims and components for automobiles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into vehicle production processes.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality materials for trimming purposes.
Job Requirements :
- 11-19 years of experience in the auto components industry, preferably in interior trims or related fields.
- Proficiency in Catia software for designing complex geometries and shapes.
- Solid understanding of exterior trims, including fabrication techniques and material selection.
