Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Mumbai – Marine Lines Company: Kataria Business Insurance Industry: Insurance Broking (Specialized in Jewellery Insurance) Key Responsibilities Team Management & Performance Monitoring Lead, monitor, and manage a team of CROs. Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance productivity and sales performance. Track and evaluate individual and team performance against targets.

Conduct quality checks (QC) on field visits and provide corrective guidance where required. Sales & Business Development Accompany CROs on client visits to support high-value conversions when required. Scan the current market landscape to identify current business opportunities and untapped segments.

Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth. Ensure achievement of sales targets and overall business expansion.
