About the Role

Probitas Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for candidates to join our Insurance Operations / Business Support team and support Life or Health Insurance portfolios.

The role involves insurance operations, policy servicing, documentation, renewals, claims coordination, MIS, reporting and coordination with internal teams, insurers and clients.

This opportunity is suitable for both freshers looking to build a career in insurance and experienced professionals looking to grow in Life / Health Insurance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day Life / Health Insurance operations.
- Assist with policy processing, documentation, servicing and endorsements.
- Support renewals, coordination with sales/ marketing team and policy-related activities.
- Coordinate with insurers, clients and internal teams for operational requirements.
- Maintain policy records, trackers and MIS.
- Prepare reports and support data management.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure.
- Assist the business/marketing team with client and portfolio-related requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of assigned activities.
- Learn and follow insurance broking processes and internal SOPs.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Freshers with a strong interest in Life / Health Insurance are encouraged to apply.




- Relevant experience in Insurance Operations / Broking / Life / Health / Claims / Policy Servicing will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Strong learning attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to work from the Wadala office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
