Make outbound calls to customers regarding two wheeler and motors insurance. Generate business through current insurance leads and existing customer databases. Follow up with customers for policy renewals, new policies and pending cases.
Explain policy coverage, premium, add-ons and other relevant details to customers. Coordinate with customer for required documents and policy inssuance. Maintain regular follow up and achieve assigned sales targets.
Update daily calling, follow up and sales data in the system/MIS. Provide basic customer support related to motor insurance policies. Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, policy issuance and customer requirements.
