Position Inside Sales Specialist

Experience 1–3 Years

Location Remote (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities. Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline and drive new business opportunities. Engage with prospective US clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required Qualifications 1 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development within the

IT/Technology industry .



Hands-on experience working with US clients/US market is mandatory. Robust understanding of IT services such as Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, Automation, AI, or IT Consulting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Educational Qualification (Mandatory) MBA from a Tier-1 B-School is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates from premier institutes such as

IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI Gurgaon, NMIMS Mumbai , and other reputed Tier-1 management institutes.
