Role Overview : The CRM Sales Executive will be responsible for driving store walk-ins and revenue through proactive outbound calling, customer follow-ups, appointment bookings, and coordination with store teams. This role plays a critical part in converting leads into in-store visits and ensuring a smooth customer journey from call to conversion.

Key Responsibilities - Drive store walk-ins through proactive outbound customer calls Follow up with leads and customers to book appointments and encourage store visits Share accurate product information and quotations with customers Handle first-level customer escalations and coordinate with store teams for resolution Work closely with store staff to ensure smooth handover of leads and appointments Maintain precise and updated customer records in CRM systems Ensure CRM hygiene, data accuracy and timely updates Consistently achieve daily call volume,



talk-time and conversion targets Support revenue enhancement by improving customer pitch and engagement quality Requirements - Graduate / Undergraduate with 1–3+ years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales or customer calling roles Strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable with outbound calling and target-driven environment Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead management Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (stores, supervisors, team leaders) Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach Preference for candidates fluent in English.
