About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, extroverted Inside Sales Executive to handle high-volume sales calling and lead follow-ups for international clients. You must have flawless spoken English and a solid drive to hit sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients and pitch solutions.
- Rigorously follow up with leads via phone and email to close sales.
- Understand client requirements, handle objections, and build relationships.
- Maintain call logs and track client status in the CRM.

Requirements

- Education: Convent-educated / English medium background.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English fluency with clear diction.
- Personality: Highly extroverted, confident, and persuasive over the phone.
- Shift: Comfortable working the 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST night shift.
- WFH Setup: Own laptop/PC, high-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, and a quiet workspace.
