Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of coordination between brands, internal delivery teams, and relevant stakeholders.
- Understand brand objectives, target audience, campaign requirements, and business challenges.
- Develop customized influencer marketing strategies and solutions aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.
- Present strategic recommendations and influencer solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across influencer marketing solutions and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brands and key client stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure strategies are executed effectively and within agreed timelines.
- Brief the delivery team accurately on client requirements, expectations, budgets, and campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign progress and proactively address client concerns or execution challenges.




- Track campaign performance and use insights to recommend optimizations and future strategies.
- Stay updated with influencer trends, creator ecosystems, platform developments, and emerging opportunities.
- Contribute to pitches, proposals, campaign presentations, and strategic recommendations for new and existing clients.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Influencer Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective marketing solutions.
- Robust upselling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach with an understanding of campaign performance metrics.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and influencer/creator trends.
