About the Role : We are looking for a creative, energetic, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive who can help us grow our digital presence through influencer collaborations, engaging social media campaigns, and trend-driven content strategies. If you understand how brands grow through creators, reels, content, and audience engagement, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

- Identify and collaborate with beauty, skincare, and lifestyle influencers
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Coordinate with influencers for content planning, approvals, and posting schedules
- Build and maintain influencer databases and campaign reports
- Track campaign performance including reach, engagement, and conversions
- Manage Instagram and other social media platforms
- Plan and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories




- Create creative captions and manage audience engagement through comments and DMs
- Monitor social media insights and improve content performance regularly
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, viral content formats, and digital marketing strategies

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and short-form content
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience in influencer collaborations and social media handling
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and campaign tracking
- Creative mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, or D2C brands will be preferred
