ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who can independently manage influencer campaigns from creator scouting to final execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Scout and identify relevant influencers/creators based on campaign requirements.
- Reach out to creators, discuss campaign requirements, negotiate commercials and close collaborations.
- Coordinate with creators for briefs, content, approvals, deliverables and timelines.
- Manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with influencers and creator networks.
- Track campaign deliverables, performance and prepare campaign reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing.
- Prior experience in an Influencer Marketing Agency, Talent Management Agency,



Digital Marketing Agency or similar environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and the creator/influencer ecosystem.
- Experience in creator scouting, outreach, negotiation and campaign coordination.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage creators and campaign timelines.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

WHO SHOULD APPLY? Candidates who have hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns and working directly with creators.

Freshers without relevant Influencer Marketing experience are not eligible.

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduation completed.
- 1–3 years relevant experience.
- Good Hindi & English communication.
- Laptop required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
