B-Tex is looking for an Industrial Engineer – Fresher to join our garment manufacturing team.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in garment production, industrial engineering and factory operations through hands-on exposure.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN AND WORK ON

1. Fresh graduates interested in Industrial Engineering - garment manufacturing
2. NIFT graduates preferred , particularly candidates with a background in Apparel Production / Fashion Technology / related disciplines
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Good understanding of garment construction and production processes
5. Comfortable working on the factory floor and learning through practical exposure
6. Positive communication and coordination skills
7. Gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day garment factory operations
8. Work closely with Production, Planning, Merchandising and Quality teams
9. Support line balancing and production planning
