Job Summary A reputed restaurant in Addu City, Maldives is hiring an experienced Indian Chef for immediate placement. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing authentic Indian cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of authentic Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, tandoori items, breads, gravies, snacks, and vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialties.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Plan daily mise en place and prepare ingredients for kitchen operations.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain quality standards at all times.

Eligibility Criteria





- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Indian Chef in a reputed hotel or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and professional kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Positive communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ready for immediate joining.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: MVR equivalent of USD 550 per month.
