Imports & Logistics Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end import shipments of frozen food and seafood.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and CHA.
- Manage and verify import documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Health Certificate, COA, etc.
- Coordinate customs clearance, FSSAI/DAHD permits and other regulatory requirements.
- Track vessel schedules, shipment status, clearance and delivery.
- Coordinate transportation of frozen containers to cold storage/warehouse.
- Monitor detention, demurrage, freight and other logistics costs.
- Coordinate with accounts for shipment-related payments and invoices.
- Maintain proper records of shipments, permits and import documents.
- Coordinate with internal sales, warehouse and management teams regarding incoming inventory.
- Also perform regular logistics operations like maintaining the stock sheets and related reports.
- Managing Daily orders via Email with the warehouses.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,526.91 per month
