- Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations, including those related to visa applications and documentation
- Experience working in an immigration consultancy firm or similar industry is preferred
- Provide end-to-end client guidance throughout the application process
- Stay updated with immigration laws, visa policies, and regulatory changes
- Handle client inquiries, consultations, follow-ups, and case coordination
- Conduct market research and support lead generation and business development
- Maintain robust client relationships and ensure a high standard of service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients
