Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Image Editing Team Lead to manage Jewellery and Lifestyle image-editing operations, ensuring high-quality output, productivity, timely delivery, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Jewellery &
- Lifestyle Image Editing Team

and allocate work based on workload and priorities.

- Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround time, and team capacity.

- Oversee jewellery retouching, ensuring accurate metal colours, stones, diamonds, reflections, edges, textures, and product details.

- Manage lifestyle and campaign image editing, ensuring consistency in colour grading, lighting, skin tones, composition, and brand standards.

- Manage end-to-end LSP image production, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

- Conduct quality audits, track recurring errors, and minimize rework and image rejection.

- Identify opportunities for AI, Photoshop Actions, batch processing, scripts, and automation to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.

- Collaborate with Development, Automation, Photography, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams on workflow improvements.

- Develop and maintain SOPs, quality guidelines, and standardized workflows.





- Train and coach team members on editing standards, processes, tools, and automation.

Required Skills &

- Experience

- 47 years of experience in Image Editing, Jewellery Retouching, Lifestyle Editing, E-commerce, or Visual Content Production.

- 2+ years of team-lead/supervisory experience preferred.

- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and professional retouching workflows.

- Strong understanding of jewellery and lifestyle image editing and colour correction.

- Experience managing high-volume image production and quality control.

- Knowledge of Photoshop Actions, Batch Processing, Scripts, AI tools, or automation.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team-management skills.

Ideal Candidate A Team Leader + Image Editing Expert + Quality Controller + Process Improvement Champion who can make image production faster, more accurate, scalable, and less dependent on repetitive manual work.
