Key Responsibilities

HVAC System Maintenance

- Climate Control: Maintain accurate temperature and humidity levels required for flour storage, dough proofing, and cooling lines.

- Air Filtration: Service HEPA and dust-collection systems to manage airborne flour dust and prevent cross-contamination.

- Preventative Care: Perform routine calibration of thermostats, humidity sensors, and dampers.

Industrial Chiller &

- Utility Management

- Process Cooling: Oversee water or glycol chillers that regulate ingredient water temperatures and jacketed mixer cooling.

- Mechanical Repairs: Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, evaporators, and circulation pumps.

- Refrigerant Handling: Manage leak detection, refrigerant recovery, and recharging according to environmental regulations.

Cold Room &

- Freezer Storage Maintenance

- Defrost Cycles: Monitor and optimize automated defrost cycles to prevent ice buildup on evaporator coils.





- Insulation &
- Seals:

Inspect and repair walk-in freezer door gaskets, strip curtains, and wall insulation panels to maintain thermal efficiency.

- Alarms &

- Monitoring:

Maintain backup generation and remote temperature-alarm logging systems to prevent product spoilage.

Food Safety &

- Compliance

- Sanitation Standards: Clean coils, drip pans, and drain lines regularly to prevent mold growth and comply with food safety standards (FDA, HACCP, BRC).

- Documentation: Keep strict logs of temperature calibrations, system breakdowns, and refrigerant usage for audit readiness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
