Role Description The Human Resource Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and payroll coordination.

Responsibilities include supporting performance management processes, maintaining HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. The role will also involve coordinating training and development activities, handling employee queries, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring close collaboration with design, operations, and management teams.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in recruitment, onboarding,



and employee life-cycle management.
- Experience in HR operations, including attendance tracking, payroll support, and maintaining HR records.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance practices relevant to the local jurisdiction.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software or HRIS tools for data management and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate strong ethical standards.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a design, creative, or studio environment is preferred but not mandatory.
