- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions.

- Negotiate salary, coordinate offer processes, and follow up with selected candidates.





- Conduct background verification and complete pre-employment documentation.

- Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Support employee onboarding and maintain necessary recruitment documentation.

- Stay updated on recruitment trends and develop effective talent-sourcing strategies.
