Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Bengaluru.

The Human Resources

Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and induction activities, and helping coordinate training and development programs. The role involves contributing to HR policies documentation, supporting employee engagement initiatives,



and assisting in the administration of benefits and personnel-related queries under guidance. The intern will collaborate with HR team members to help organize recruitment activities, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth HR processes aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and understanding of Employee Perks.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in the ed-tech sector and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment will be beneficial.
