We are recruiting Executive – HR

No. of Positions: 1

Qualification: MBA (HR) / Graduate with relevant experience

Experience: 3 – 5 years in any manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end payroll processing using Excel & payroll software
- Handling ESI & EPF compliance, filings, and records
- Verification and processing of contract & subcontractor bills
- Managing attendance, leave, and employee records
- Preparation of salary statements, payslips, and deductions
- Knowledge of labour laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.)
- Handling statutory compliance, audits, and inspections
- Coordination with Accounts/Finance for payroll and billing
- Preparing monthly MIS reports (headcount, attrition, payroll summary, etc.)
- Managing onboarding, exit formalities, and F&F; settlement
- Handling employee queries and grievance support
- Basic support in recruitment coordination




- Canteen management – vendor coordination, quality, and hygiene monitoring
- Company transportation (bus) monitoring – routes, timings, and issue handling

Key Skills:

- Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas)
- Strong understanding of payroll & statutory compliance
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information
