About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions within defined timelines, with a good understanding of recruitment metrics and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions within TAT
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), employee referrals, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit for skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategy
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / recruitment MIS with accurate candidate data
- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds (technical, HR, and panel interviews)
- Manage offer negotiation, documentation,



and pre-onboarding formalities for selected candidates
- Track and report key recruitment metrics — sourcing mix, funnel conversion, time-to-fill, offer-to-joining ratio
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and repeat-hiring roles
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus/lateral hiring drives as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in IT/ITES, BPO, or publishing/STM services industry
- Working knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting/MIS
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously under time pressure
- Valuable understanding of recruitment metrics (TAT, funnel ratios, cost-per-hire)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting
