Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and employee engagement activities across our hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for operational and support staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Manage employee joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- Ensure all required documents are collected during onboarding.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary-related queries, and employee settlements.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve day-to-day HR issues.




- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Support disciplinary and performance-management processes when required.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust recruitment and manpower-planning skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple outlets and priorities.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.

Candidates with relevant hospitality HR experience will be preferred.**
