Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to candidate joining.
- • Understand client requirements and prepare Job Descriptions (JDs).
- • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- • Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualification, location, communication, and salary expectations. • Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
- • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- • Maintain candidate records and ensure regular recruitment updates.
