Designation: Head – Human Resource Manager- Hospital/Clinics

Location: Delhi

Experience: 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with 2–3 years in a managerial role.

Budget: 10 to 15 LPA

Qualification: MBA/PGDM/MHRM in Human Resources or equivalent

Preferred Experience: Healthcare, hospital, clinic or multi-location organization experience will be an advantage.

About the Role The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, employee engagement and exit processes. The role will ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and applicable statutory requirements across assigned locations.

Responsibilities

- HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for assigned locations and business functions.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures.
- Monitor attendance, leave, late coming, regularization and employee discipline.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle escalated employee queries and grievances.
- Ensure timely completion of employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate with Centre Heads, Department Heads and reporting managers on HR matters.
- Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare hiring plans in coordination with business heads.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Coordinate recruitment of doctors, clinical staff, centre operations, sales, administration and corporate positions.
- Manage recruitment consultants, job portals and other hiring sources.
- Conduct HR interviews and salary negotiations.
- Ensure timely closure of approved vacancies.
- Monitor recruitment status and hiring timelines.
- Maintain an effective candidate pipeline for critical positions.
- Joining & Onboarding
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.




- Review joining documentation and ensure completion of required formalities.
- Coordinate background verification wherever applicable.
- Ensure employee records are created and updated in HRMS/GreytHR.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
- Monitor probation periods and confirmation timelines.
- Ensure new employees receive appropriate HR support during onboarding.
- Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance and leave records across assigned locations.
- Review attendance regularization and leave records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Payroll/Finance team.
- Review salary-related inputs including attendance, leave, deductions and reimbursements.
- Coordinate resolution of employee payroll and salary-related queries.
- Review and coordinate Full & Final Settlement calculations and documentation.
- Ensure payroll inputs are accurate and submitted within defined timelines.

- Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable labour and employment laws.
- Coordinate and monitor statutory compliances including EPF/PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Shops & Establishments and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance, payroll teams and external consultants for timely statutory filings, payments and returns.
- Maintain and review statutory records, registers and required documentation.
- Monitor statutory compliance calendars and ensure adherence to prescribed timelines.
- Identify compliance gaps and coordinate corrective actions.




- Keep Management/HR Head informed about significant compliance issues or changes in applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with statutory consultants and authorities wherever required.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained for statutory inspections, notices and related matters.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Handle employee grievances and workplace-related concerns.
- Investigate employee issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional and positive employee relations.
- Support management in handling disciplinary and employee-related matters.
- Prepare/coordinate appropriate employee communications wherever required.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Escalate critical or sensitive matters to the HR Head/Senior Management.

- Performance Management
- Coordinate employee performance review and appraisal processes.
- Ensure KRAs/KPIs are defined and reviewed for employees.
- Monitor probation and performance review timelines.
- Support managers in addressing performance-related concerns.
- Coordinate Performance Improvement Plans wherever required.
- Identify employee training and development requirements.

- Employee Engagement
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
- Support employee recognition and appreciation activities.
- Coordinate employee communication and HR initiatives.
- Promote a positive and qualified workplace culture.
- Gather employee feedback and recommend improvements.

- Exit Management
- Manage resignation and exit processes for assigned employees.
- Monitor notice periods and last-working-day formalities.
- Conduct or coordinate exit interviews.
- Ensure proper clearance and company asset recovery.
- Review Full & Final Settlement documentation.
- Coordinate issuance of relieving and experience letters.
- Maintain accurate employee separation records.
- HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and review periodic HR reports for HR Head and Management.
