- Recruitment of White & Blue Collar manpower
- Candidate sourcing, screening, calling & interview coordination
- Job posting through Naukri & LinkedIn
- Payroll & salary processing through HR software
- Contract labour management
- PMS & Employee Engagement activities
- ISO 9001 / QMS HR documentation
- Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
- HR MIS & employee records management

Skills Required

Good knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets

Naukri & LinkedIn recruitment expertise

Payroll / HR Software knowledge

Valuable understanding of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance





Knowledge of ChatGPT / AI tools for resume screening & shortlisting

Background Verification process

Excellent communication, coordination & follow-up skills

Good knowledge of Google Sheets & Google Drive for creating, maintaining & sharing HR data
