We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to support our team in driving employee experience and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Support HRBPs in employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR activities.

- Assist with employee engagement, HR connects, and people initiatives.

- Maintain HR reports, trackers, and employee data.

- Support performance management and HR processes.

- Assist in HR analytics, MIS, and presentations.

- Coordinate with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.

- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.

- Analytical, organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

- Prior HR internship experience is a plus.
