Highspring India is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Female HR Intern to join our team on a 6-month contract.

Location: Gurugram Sector 21 / Noida Sector 62

Eligibility: Female Candidates Only

Employment Type: Contract 6 Months

Salary: 14,000 Fixed/Month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

What You’ll Work On

- Stakeholder management and coordination
- Document validation and maintaining accurate records
- HR trackers, reports, and documentation
- Coordination with internal teams
- Onboarding documentation and HR operations

• Follow-ups and day-to-day HR coordination





What We’re Looking For

- Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, BBA, or a related field
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Freshers with an interest in HR Operations are welcome
