Qualification: Graduate (MBA HR Preferred)

What You'll Do

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and job portals.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining conversions.
- Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Drive employee referrals and hiring initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience in bulk hiring of frontline recruitment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of ATS, HRIS, Excel,



and sourcing platforms.
- Understanding of AI tools and social media recruitment is an advantage.
