Job Brief

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and analytical HR Research, Strategy & Operations Associate to support strategic initiatives, market research, and operational execution. Working closely with leadership, you will manage end-to-end research projects, leverage modern AI tools to optimize productivity, and coordinate campus engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research, industry trends analysis, and compensation benchmarking across various job roles.
- Assist leadership in planning, tracking, and executing cross-functional HR and business projects.
- Utilize advanced AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and productivity software to automate workflows, analyze data, and build reports.
- Support end-to-end campus drive logistics, including placement cell outreach, scheduling, and drive coordination.
- Prepare clear presentations, executive summaries, and formal business communications for key stakeholders.

Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in HR research, business operations, strategy support, or analytical roles.
- Education:



Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Management, Economics, Strategy, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and practical experience using AI tools for workplace efficiency.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of salary benchmarking, data gathering, and project coordination.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding written/verbal communication, high attention to detail, and solid problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
