Responsibilities : -
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with line managers for interviews and follow-ups.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and salary negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.
- Handle joining formalities and documentation of new hires.
- Coordinate induction and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per hiring plan.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process.
- Experience in hiring for manufacturing roles and Marketing
- Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
